You should call your card provider back and claim FRAUD/Fake tracking, shipped to wrong address scam. They forward the claim to eBay who responds with the same "delivery confirmation" even though it is fake. @Anonymous If you claimed INR (item not received) with your bank, that is why your claim was denied. Now Chase bank refuses to reverse the charge because eBay claims the item was delivered. So I don't think it's a scam since they did refund me, but likely a way to skirt around the "out of stock" issue. You can use that confirmation to file a dispute on PayPal.

My issue is UPS is overcharging me on shipping of a light item not going very far. I got the claim process started, received the paperwork, but had to enter an ebay account number for UPS.
